Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will be met and transferred by private vehicle to Hemingways Nairobi, an elegant lodge in the leafy Karen area.

Settle in after your international flight, relax at the hotel, and prepare for your safari departure the following morning.

After breakfast, transfer to Wilson Airport for your scheduled bush flight to the Greater Mara. On arrival at Mara Ol Seki Airstrip, you will be met and transferred to Naboisho Camp in the private Mara Naboisho Conservancy.

Settle into camp, enjoy lunch or tea depending on your arrival time, and head out for your first Mara safari activity in the afternoon.

Spend part of the day visiting a nearby local village for insight into Maasai culture, daily life, traditions, and the community connections that support the Greater Mara conservancy model. Return to camp for lunch and downtime, with the option to add a spa treatment for a slower afternoon.

Later, head back into the conservancy for a game drive or sundowners as the light softens over the plains.

Begin the day with a guided walking safari, focusing on the smaller details of the bush that are often missed from a vehicle: tracks, plants, birds, insects, and the signs animals leave behind. Later, enjoy a final afternoon game drive in Naboisho Conservancy, known for excellent predator viewing and a quieter private-conservancy safari experience.

For a more adventurous finale, add an optional fly-camping experience, sleeping out in the bush in a simple but atmospheric mobile camp under the night sky.

Spend the day at your own pace in the Mara Naboisho Conservancy. Head out on morning and afternoon game drives in search of lions, cheetahs, elephants, and other wildlife, or simply relax back at camp between activities.

With no need to rush from place to place, this extra day allows you to fully appreciate the rhythm of the conservancy and the comforts of Naboisho Camp.

After breakfast, transfer approximately 45 minutes to Ol Seki Airstrip for your scheduled flight to Entebbe via Kisumu, a journey of around 2 hours and 15 minutes. Following a connection of approximately 2½ hours in Entebbe, continue by domestic flight to Kihihi Airstrip, taking about 2.5 hours.

From there, enjoy a scenic 90-minute road transfer through southwestern Uganda to Erebero Hills, perched above Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Arriving in the late afternoon, settle into the lodge and take in the panoramic views before dinner.

After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing before beginning your gorilla trek. Accompanied by experienced trackers and guides, hike through Bwindi's dense rainforest in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family.

Once located, spend up to one hour observing these remarkable animals in their natural habitat. After the trek, return to Erebero Hills to relax and reflect on an unforgettable experience.

Today is full of options. Relax by the pool, enjoy a spa treatment, or simply take in the views across Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.

After breakfast, transfer approximately 90 minutes to Kihihi Airstrip for your scheduled flight to Entebbe.
